At Rapidparts, there is no such thing as, “I’m really not sure.” When customers call with a question, they always receive an answer—no matter what. That’s why we have a strong Customer Service Department armed and ready with forklift knowledge.

At some companies, customer service experiences are often pointless, confusing, and end in frustration, which often dissuades customers from calling again. With us, that won't happen. Customer service is meant to assist customers and make their lives a little easier. So that’s exactly what we do.

OEM Support

When our parent company, MCFA, decided to transfer the OEM support services to our facility, we knew all our hard work was not going unnoticed. Actually, to our Customer Service Department, this was the icing on the cake.

Our customer service teams are friendly and easy to deal with. They are approachable and understand how important it is to keep the customers feeling comfortable. That's why MCFA decided to move their OEM support to Rapidparts. They took note of the customers’ preference and the comfort they felt when calling. Because of their strong confidence in our abilities, MCFA knew we could more than handle their request and would be honored to take on the job.

Technical Support

Our tech support is an extremely skilled team that is guaranteed to answer any question about parts. Dealers are never hesitant to call because they are provided with answers in a “We’re here for you” kind of way. Our value-added services allow our customers to take full advantage of our resources without any headache.

Our tech team is known for producing a solution that is precise and specific to an individual problem. They provide results in hours instead of days. If we're approached with a request for an unavailable part, most companies would push it back to the customer and delay the repair. But we’re not “most companies.” Our technical group will do the hunting for our customers by quickly locating a source for the requested part—simple as that.
