If a team member comes across something they haven’t seen before they find someone who has, so our customers won’t have to.We complete the process from start to finish and are confident in saying, “There’s nothing we can’t handle.” Unlike any other parts company, we have a three-day credit turn around average. With other company’s averages reaching between thirty and sixty days, there’s really no way they can compete. And don’t worry—we give you up to three years to send your damaged parts to us.Just like any other department, reman holds extraordinary standards and enforces policies that will benefit dealers, vendors, and employees.
